By engaging in a week of self-care while learning fundamental principles of yoga, holistic health and nutrition, you will be able to implement sustainable changes in your lifestyle, deepen your yoga practice and learn how to cook delicious plant based meals.
The yoga practices are focused on balancing the 5 Elements of the body and the 12 major meridians, a beautiful and powerful approach that opens the body gradually and invites change.
You will learn how to cook according to the seasons, the 5 Elements and most importantly, accordingly to your body condition.
As a way of supporting the week´s process we will have Transformation Healing Sessions, where we will explore what could be holding us back from reaching our optimum well-being in our health, relationships and life in general. These sessions will provide us with the means to overcome our patterns and behavioral tendencies that not longer serve us. We will work with sacred healing energy to unlock the body from old programming that we are unconscious of and free the body and mind into a new level of joy! This self development work is fundamental to any spiritual evolution.
The retreat features yoga classes, natural cooking classes, lectures on holistic nutrition and lifestyle that will help you reset old habits and create a new language for understanding what your body really needs. You also learn how to implement changes in your daily life and design you own health program with the help of holistic coaching techniques.
There will be also free time for you to enjoy any of the 8 beaches around our venue, surf lessons, a cultural trip around the Unesco Heritage town of Sintra and a few other surprises!
