Based on the ancient practices of Yoga, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Taoism, Tantra and Shamanism, these sessions help women to develop a yoga practice and lifestyle that supports their cycle and reduces pre-menstrual symptoms and /or any other challenges in your menstruation.
It also has an educational quality where women will learn more about their anatomy & physiology, hormonal health, Ayurvedic rituals, holistic nutrition, energetic Tantric and Taoist practices.

The Somatic Experiencing® method is a body-oriented therapeutic model that helps heal trauma and other stress disorders. Developed by Peter Levine, Ph.D., it is the result of the multidisciplinary study of stress physiology, psychology, ethology, biology, neuroscience, indigenous healing practices, and medical biophysics, with more than 45 years of successful clinical application.
Somatic Experiencing® helps people restore their nervous system responses and mitigate the effects of trauma in the body-mind complex. Clients are invited to explore the physical sensations that accompany their emotions and gain awareness of the habitual behaviours developed in response to these same emotions.
Sofia is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and combines her extensive knowledge of body-mind & energetics with the scientific approach to trauma release and resolution.
