This inspiring and integrative course is a combination of energetic practices and philosophical explorations for women of all backgrounds, to embody their own rhythm, understand the inner landscapes of emotion and thought, as well as the cultivation of awareness, vital energy and self-care as the main ingredients for integral health.
Based on the practices of Yoga, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Taoism & Tantra, this training provides a solid foundation in women´s anatomy & physiology, hormonal health, daily and seasonal Ayurvedic practices, holistic nutrition for the woman’s body, energetic Tantric and Taoist practices all weaved into the philosophy of Nature´s 5 Elements.
This training inspires a grounded and embodied model for you to reconnect with your innate wisdom as a woman, regain sovereignty of the sensual body, develop self-mastery in your thoughts, emotions and daily habits as well as learning a method to teach yoga for women that is sustainable for their bodies and aligned with their cycles.

LECTURES & THEORY
This course is for every woman, independent of which phase of life she is at. Grounded and ancestral teachings that you´ll receive guidance on how to apply it in your daily living and practice holistic self-care.
If you are a yoga teacher this is a fundamental course for you, so you can transmit these principles to your yoga students and create a community of women embodied in their femininity by the way they move, express and practice self-care.
As a woman and yogini, these teachings are pivotal for you to architect change from within your body and to be inspired in creating a space in your family, friends, community where the feminine is cherished, respected and encouraged to blossom.
If you work in the fields of holistic health, bodywork, somatic therapies, body psychology, shamanic work or any other forms of mind-body healing, this course will provide a new approach to integrate into your existing professional practice.

The 50 hours training comprehends contact and non-contact hours. Contact hours are all class times with the teacher (40) + non-contact hours (final assignment and study of online materials). if you´re not interested in completing certification and just want to come to the course as a personal self-care retreat you don´t need non-contact hours module of the training.
