Welcome to my half day yoga retreat designed to connect you with transformative practices that foster connection, clarity & vitality in this holiday season, as well as set the foundation for a purposeful year ahead.

 

The holidays is a time where we are more excited, either because we feel festive and joyous or because we feel exactly the opposite, overwhelmed and anxious. My intention with this offering is to facilitate a positive and safe experience for everyone, so we can make the most of this season and use it as a reflective time to create and connect.

The half-day includes:

 

5 Elements Yoga Practice to awaken the body’s meridians and re-establish flow. This includes pranayama, asana, somatic movement & cleansing practices (kriya).

Reflective Journaling  to activate our visions and intentions - past, present & future 

Mindfulness & Somatic Tools to navigate the holidays with presence & compassion.

Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation & nervous system regulation.

What you need to know before a Workshop:

 

Workshops are conducted live online @ Zoom 

Your camera needs to be on so we can give you verbal adjustments and connect 

We record the workshop in case you can´t make it.

All levels welcome, we offer pose modifications if needed

Bring your favourite cup of tea, a notepad and pen
