Late Summer Flow

Late summer always carries a sense of shift, and I can already feel it in the air: my body is still in August, but my mind wants badly to leap ahead into late September. The practice is always to return to the body, to the breath, the felt-sense and the awareness.

I created a sequence that I have been playing with in the morning, to energise the spine, stimulate blood flow and circulation in the legs and create awareness in the heart space, the seat of integration and digestion of emotion and impressions.

 

Wish you steadiness and deep nourishment for this season. Late summer asks us to be grounded and prepare for the inevitable winds of Autumn
