Brook Skillman is an Orthopedic Physiotherapy, specializing in pelvic floor health, Craniosacral, and Neural Meningeal Manipulation. She is certified in Pilates rehabilitation, Yoga Therapy (IAYT Educational Standards for the Training of Yoga Therapists) and Swara Elemental Yoga Therapy.
Her knowledge and unique teaching approach has developed through the study of masters and yoga schools from around the world. For the past 15 years she has been facilitating and providing applied anatomy courses for yoga teacher trainings globally.
Having spent the majority of her time in India, Brook works with Yoga teachers to identify the anatomical and biomechanical needs for the western world and how to apply Yoga for common injuries.
Currently Brook is living in Mexico with her 8-year-old daughter, providing rehabilitation for both people and animals with a mission to give awareness, rehabilitation, and injury prevention.
